RETURN OR REPLACE A PRODUCT

At Prydligt.se you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods.

The product must be sent well packaged and any protective plastic must not be removed. Keep in mind that the product must be returned in the same condition as you received it in and returned along with the original packaging and any other accessories that came with it. 

If you want to return a purchase you made, email the following information to support@prydligt.se

- The email address used for the purchase
- Order number
- Customer name
- Item No. for the items you want to return
- Reason for return 

Did you make your purchase during a sale or using a discount code?

Once your return has been received, your order will be recalculated. If the requirements for the sale or discount are not met, the discount will be deducted from your refund.

Uncollected package:

We will charge 30€. for items that are returned to us because of the customer not accepting or failing to pick up the items. This is to cover the dual cargo (to you and then back) as well as our cost for picking up and unpacking the items.

Replacement:

We do not make any replacements. If you wish to exchange one or more of your received items for another, then it must be treated as a regular right of withdrawal / return. That is, you send back what you do not want, and we send back money. The new products that you wish to buy must be ordered as usual in our shop.
